Peach And Blueberry Yogurt Pops

These delicious pops are basically a yogurt parfait on a stick.

My 9 year old was very excited when I told her she could have one for breakfast! They are so quick and easy to make and the combinations are endless with this concept. Substitute raspberries or blackberries for the blueberries for example (Larger berries will need to be halved or quartered.). Although I made these with my kids in mind, turns out my husband ate almost half of them! In other words a hit with kids and adults alike.

Ingredients:
1 cup Vanilla Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
2 small ripe peaches, chopped
1/4 cup blueberries
1/2 cup granola

Preparation:
In a blender, puree yogurt, honey and 3/4 of the peaches until smooth. Distribute remaining peaches and blueberries among 6-8 ice pop molds. Fill each mold with yogurt mixture, leaving about 1/2 inch unfilled. Top with granola. Freeze until solid, 6-8 hours.

Makes 6-8 pops depending on mold size
